Help Seeking to buy 2/2 House or Condo. (Austin - Travis County)

I posted a WANT TO BUY REAL ESTATE craigslist ad a few days ago.
Saying that I am a former UT student and returning to the area with a strong ready to buy interest in purchasing a 2/2+ house or condo in the Austin Travis County area.
In response, a REALTOR contacted me by Craigslist email expressing an offer to work with me on shopping and buying, which I am ready to do as soon as possible, .
but I am not tech savvy at all.
I accidentally deleted that realtor's emailed reply.
The realtor said she had been in the area all her life or (?) for a very long time.
This was of interest because I want a realtor who knows not just the general areas, but the neighborhoods and other areas perhaps in the surrounding area.
I know there are homes in my price range to the Southeast and Northeast of Austin's I 35, But I do not want to be in the Austin Bergstrom Airport's arriving and departing Flight paths.
I'm hoping the realtor who emailed me is reading this and will contact me again because I am planning a trip to Austin in a few days to see as many properties as possible in my price range and to put a contract on one.
I am a first time motivated homebuyer, with excellent credit, easy to finance with 20% down.
I am not imilitary.
