Seeking home to lease (Austin, TX)

Hello.
I am seeking a home to rent for no more than $1500 a month.
Under my current lease ending April 30, 2024 I must notify if I'm to accept a renewal or not.
The issue is we left another complex in March of 2023 that on move in without being able to see it was roach and termite infested.
The termite damage allowed a roach infestation to happen.
They nearly condemned the unit until it was repaired.
But we lost most of what we had left.
We tried to sue them but the cost was too high to go to court.
I am sick of apartments.
Also I'm Queer and identify as Non-binary.
Where I live under lease now, an egg was thrown at my door and then trash began to be left near our door to this day.
I have bitched the managers out.
I have an elderly person with me.
So if you're a scammer I will seek to take you to jail.
Be advised I've already called cops and security many times on the issues at my apartment.
I am seeking a SAFE place that is gay friendly and isolated.
But it must be in the city and have some privacy.
I need to continue services in Austin for my elderly family while I try to find them help via community resources.
I only need real help, not scammers.
I've tried to sue as is and carry a stun gun, pepper spray and knife with me because as a Queer person I've had people do some bad stuff to me and I don't stand for it.
If you get that and have a real home for us, then you may contact me.
If you are not cool or scared, then don't contact me.
I just want to take care of my family member and myself and not be persecuted in Nazi, TX.
That apartment complex I live at is Nolina Flats.
Police came saying it looked nice and I'd accomplished much avoiding homelessness and getting all our things back.
Then they came to arrest people at building 4 and sent out a conduct notice but never told it was because of the egg.
As far as I'm concerned what happened to me is a hate crime.
But APD did not do anything.
I need a SAFE place from hate.
It's hard enough my family doesn't respect my pronouns or gender choices without the community doing this to a person.
That is why I want out of that place.
