This is brand new in the box, never used, all parts ( 6 clamps and wrench ) in box along with instructions with support rails and cover snaps locked for a tight fit.
Velcro covers sides to make it water tight.
Things like luggage, grocery bags, baby strollers or animals will be shielded from thief, wind, sun and rain.
Opening release is on the inside so if your tailgate is locked no one can open the cover.
Roll it up when you carry something large or tall and down to save gas and look good.
30 minute or less to install without drilling and tools provided.
