Hyatt Wild Oak Ranch Timeshare Wanted

I am looking for a Hyatt Wild Oak Deeded Timeshare to use with my family.
We are a young family and just welcomed a pair of twins into the family.
All the brokers I have spoken to are uncharging these timeshares that they have gotten for basically free.
I don't have the resources to get in touch with the owners of these timeshares directly so this is my attempt at reaching out.
