Looking for decent quality watch building / restoring hand tools, and equipment such as a watch cleaning machine running or not.

I'm also interested in not-running or poorly-running automatic watches.

I've discovered that one can spend a lot of money on the necessary tools, and I'm trying to do this on a budget.
