The Spa Customer Care Advisor at Hand & Stone Spa and Facial is responsible and accountable ensuring our clients receive exceptional level of customer service.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for incoming phone calls and phone call protocols
Ensuring that EVERY call answered is an exceptional experience
Controlling customer experience consistency
Reviewing phone calls weekly
Auditing the appointment book daily
Same day and next day confirmation calls
Answering emails
Answering voicemails
Reaching memberships, gift cards and enhanced service goals!
Educating members and guests about spa services, products and policies
Maintaining professional work environment
Maintains a polished a professional image
Qualifications:
1-2 years of sales and customer service experience
Experience in membership sales, retail, and/or experience in the beauty/wellness, fitness, or tanning industry is a PLUS
Good computer skills with the ability to master new programs quickly
Be able to effectively communicate with members and guests about membership benefits, spa policies and procedures
Work cohesively with others in a fun and fast paced environment
Flexible with working day / mid shifts
Full time preferred
Part time MUST be able to work 3 shifts minimum
