Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the salon
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Provide information about salon services and products
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase salon products
- Assist with retail sales, including cash handling and processing transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Ensure phone etiquette is professional and courteous at all times
Qualifications:
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as you may need to communicate with clients who speak different languages
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating totals
- Experience in sales, particularly in retail, electronics, technical, or jewelry sales, is beneficial
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Knowledge of retail math to assist with pricing and inventory management
This role as a Salon Receptionist requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and a friendly demeanor.
