*Wellness Retail Specialist*
Alive + Well is an innovative integrative health and wellness center offering a wide variety of health and wellness products, treatments, and services to provide our customers with an elevated customer experience.
Key services include spa services, holistic therapies, IV vitamin therapy, functional medicine clinic, full-service compounding pharmacy, and a wide range of professional grade supplements and beauty products.
We are looking to add a knowledgeable, customer focused, wellness retail specialist to our team who will continue to help us achieve our mission to Empower and Elevate Human Health.
This team is highly skilled in educating our guests about supplements that help support a healthy lifestyle.
*Qualifications:*
* Collaborative by nature, team player, and works well with others
* Curiosity, interest, and desire to continue learning and researching new brands, items, trends, innovation, and options to improve our offerings
* Passion and knowledge of a variety of professional grade supplements
* Ability to make recommendations for supplements based on guests that present various ailments and symptoms
* Strong passion for customer care and providing elevated customer service
* Team focus with a willingness to help team members in other departments
* Willingness to support other tasks, including placing inventory orders and stocking inventory as needed
* Competent in basic computer skills, strong communicator, and desire to grow with the company
*Hours needed:* 5 days per week, including one weekend day.
Hours are 9a-5p, 10a-6p or 11a-7p
