*Responsibilities:* Oversee daily operations, marketing, and financial tasks to ensure efficient patient care, excellent service, and maximized productivity and profitability.
Enhance the patient experience across all touchpoints, including phone interactions, greetings, service explanations, and engagement in loyalty programs.
