com We're located in a quiet neighborhood in North Austin a street away from 183 north on Pond Springs in a secure building with plenty of parking.
We have four private suites total, and six lash stations in the larger open concept area of the studio, and a couple of those are available for rent as well! Three of the suites have been rented by the same people since we opened, and we're all super chill lash artists.
I work in the main open studio space.
I'm a lash educator, so if you're interested in growing your lash skills, you'll have access to education and classes that are held there at the studio.
I keep the lobby stocked with drinks and snacks for everyone's clients.
We have a cleaning crew that comes by every week and helps keep the place sparkly and clean for us so we don't have to scrub toilets or floors or anything like that.
Rent is set up via auto draft to be paid every monday.
The rent is $225/wk.
