Zen Well is hiring at its location in Central Austin!
Austin’s premiere Thai massage spa is adding new therapists to our team.
In addition to mat-based Thai massage, we also offer chair massage, reflexology, and facial massage.
Thai massage influences every modality we practice.
We are a small, boutique spa with a dedicated clientele.
Ideal therapists have both a strong anatomical/clinical foundation and an awareness of energy work.
Therapists with Thai, shiatsu or reflexology experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
We also offer paid training in each modality - if you have passion but not experience, we still want to hear from you.
We know that happy therapists equals happy clients.
We offer flexible scheduling for shifts of 4-8 hours.
We are also a dedicated team.
Ideal candidates are looking for stable, long term employment to grow their clientele.
Compensation: Based on experience, starting at $24-35/hr + tips + 40% employee discount.
