Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations and management of assigned properties
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed
- Manage lease agreements, including lease renewals, rent collection, and eviction processes
- Maintain accurate records of property-related transactions and activities
- Prepare and present reports on property performance to management
- Weekly Property walks and create owner update reports
- Create market analysis reports to present the current market conditions to owners
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with tenants and address their needs
- Sales skills to attract new tenants and negotiate lease agreements
- Proficiency in Buildium, Yardi or similar property management software for managing tenant information, leases, and financials
- Office administration skills to handle administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and correspondence
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking property maintenance activities
- Knowledge of property maintenance practices to ensure the upkeep and safety of the properties
