Monument is looking for a property manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned multi family properties.
*Responsibilities*
* Manage all aspects of assigned properties
* Schedule and oversee contract vendors
* Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
* Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses
* Oversee properties’ personnel and assess its performance
* Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance
* Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities
* Address tenants concerns or issues in a timely manner
* Prepare and manage budgets
* Collect rent, and handle late payments when necessary
* Maintain records of income, expenses, signed leases, complaints, maintenance, etc.
* Visit sites on a regular basis
*Skills*
* 1+ years in property management or a similar role
* Understanding property management and its financial aspects
* In-depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
* Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software including ResMan, Bluemoon, OneSite, ADP, etc
* Customer focus and bottom-line orientation
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Organized with excellent time management skills
* Ability to multitask efficiently
* Customer service oriented
