Marketing Operations Director

Position Purpose Keller Williams Realty International is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Director of Marketing Operations to join our in-house marketing team in Austin, TX.
This key leadership role will report to the VP of Marketing and oversee Marketing Campaign Managers and Marketing Strategists.
As the Director of Marketing Operations, you will be the senior marketing expert responsible for interfacing with internal clients and leaders, ensuring our marketing efforts align with company and departmental goals.
Your strategic vision, creative thinking, and project management expertise will be critical to the success of our marketing campaigns and initiatives.
The Impact You'll Make Collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing and other senior stakeholders to develop and execute marketing campaigns that support organizational goals and drive business growth Develop the Marketing Operations group to serve as the connective tissue, between, our internal clients, marketing and business units creating alignment in achieving organizational goals Serve as the face of Marketing by meeting regularly with internal clients, collaborating with them to understand their core needs, and align requests with organizational goals Oversee project assignments within the ops team from initiation to execution, ensuring they meet or exceed stated objectives on time and within budget, leveraging tools like Asana for streamlined project management Work alongside marketing leaders and internal clients to recommend strategic options and courses of action for targeted marketing campaigns Foster a culture of excellence and innovation by establishing best practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to advance marketing capabilities Track and measure campaign performance through collaboration with analysts and strategists, utilizing data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies Serve as a primary owner and ambassador of marketing initiatives, providing status reporting on project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues to leadership and stakeholders Demonstrate a strong functional acumen, ensuring that marketing solutions address client goals while aligning with industry best practices Supervise Marketing Campaign Manager, providing mentorship and guidance to optimize their performance Develops responsibilities and requirements from VA Project Managers and oversees their activities and performance The Experience You'll Need Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or related field 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, including leadership roles in marketing operations Proven success in managing and supervising marketing teams and delivering impactful marketing campaigns Exceptional leadership and team management skills to inspire and guide cross-functional teams effectively Strategic thinker with the ability to drive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives Strong project management abilities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget Analytical mindset, capable of tracking and measuring marketing performance and leveraging data insights for optimization Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with internal clients and stakeholders Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as Hubspot (or similar) and project management tools like Asana (or similar) Thorough understanding of marketing best practices and industry trends PMP Certification is a strong plus KW Core Values Win-Win: or no deal Integrity: do the right thing Customers: always come first Commitment: in all things Communication: seek first to understand Creativity: ideas before results Teamwork: together everyone achieves more Trust: starts with honesty Equity: opportunities for all Success: results through people Location(s) Austin Texas Corporate Office-TX-CO About Us Best Places To Work in 2020 & 2021 - Glassdoor | Top 10 America's Best Employers For Women - Forbes 2020 & 2021 | America's Best Employers for New Grads 2021 Whether you are an experienced real estate agent looking to pivot your real estate career in these shifting times or just starting your real estate career, Keller Williams Realty might just be the place for you.
