Maintenance Position Available (Austin)

Are you someone who loves to work with their hands, has a passion to fix things, and takes pride in your work? Do you have great aptitude, great attitude and a great work ethic? RESPONSIBILITIES: The following qualifications must be met to be considered for this position: • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs on a regular basis.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be available for night/weekend call duty.
• Must have the basic knowledge and ability to perform the following duties: 1) plumbing repairs 2) repair/replace locks, smoke 3) repair/replace windows/screens 4) minor appliance repair 5) electrical repairs 6) minor roof repair 7) change AC filters-smoke alarms 8) painting RELIABLE AND DEPENDABLE WORKERS ONLY!
