Our Mortgage Loan Officers currently average closing over 15 loans per month.
Suppose you are an experienced MLO who is presently offering secondary market loans.
In that case, you can double or triple your current production using our extensive Portfolio lending programs.
We are a full-service agency mortgage lender offering FHA, VA, USDA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac Loans.
We are a Fannie Mae seller servicer and a Freddie Mac seller servicer.
We keep the servicing on more than 90% of the loans we close.

JOB DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Utilize and develop a network of sources for mortgage loan business, primarily Realtors and Builders.
Maintain a positive sales environment by educating potential buyers, Realtors, and homebuilders about the products and services offered by our bank.
Utilize and market to a database of existing bank customer contacts.
Lock down and deliver finalized loan applications to the processing department promptly.
Discuss the loan rate, terms, and conditions with prospective borrowers.
Input loans correctly in the company’s loan processing system (Encompass).
Collect up-front loan fees from applicants.
Always follow compliance requirements.
Stay informed about the processing status of your loans at all stages of the approval process, and keep borrowers and Realtors updated.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or GED or equivalent.

ITIN Mortgage Loan experience.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written), analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.
Ability to gather and analyze data from multiple sources and work on more than one project at a time are crucial.
