*Duties and Responsibilities: *Our national multi-family, owner management company seeks an experienced, energetic and enthusiastic Leasing Consultant, with a “Can Do” attitude, to join our team.
This community is a Brand New, Class A, luxury community located in South Austin, and is fast-paced and fun! This diverse role combines sales, customer service, marketing and administrative responsibilities and is eligible for an added income via our Bonus & Commission Structure.
* Serves as first point of contact either on the phone or in person (walk-ins by residents/ potential residents, vendors, etc.
)
* Perform a variety of administrative functions (filing, data entry, lease file management)
* Draft leases and prepare for signing
* Leasing apartments and qualifying prospective residents
* Receive service requests from residents
* Work to support the property's marketing, leasing, and resident retention efforts
*Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:*
* Excellent customer service and results-driven with strong communication skills.
* Minimum education of high school diploma or equivalent
* Highly organized with effective multitasking and time management skills.
* Ability to work standard community hours including weekends.
* Consistent achievement of monthly leasing goals.
* Strong team player with positive attitude and interpersonal skills.
* Familiarization with the Blue Moon Software and the TAA Lease.
* Self-starter with high level of motivation are key skills.
