Posted 15-Dec-2023 Service line Advisory Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Property Management Location(s) Austin - Texas - United States of America About the role This is a temporary role that will last 6 months to 1 year.
Leads all aspects of a property or multi-owner portfolio of commercial, industrial and/or retail properties.
Coordinates all marketing, operations and any financial activities.
What you’ll do Respond to tenant needs, ensuring that administrative and building technical staff resolve problems promptly.
Ensures that services are provided in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and contractual obligations and standards.
Ensure periodic regular property inspection.
Recommends and/or approves alterations, maintenance and reconditioning as the need arises.
Contracts for and coordinates vendor services as required.
At owner's discretion, market and lease the property, qualifying and showing space to prospective tenants, and coordinating new leases and lease renewals.
Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, and walk-through spaces with tenants and tenant improvement department.
Act as the primary contact with property owners to ensure that objectives are being met.
Prepares and delivers timely, accurate and complete reports.
Develop and control annual budgets for operating and capital expenditures.
Forecasts management plans and prepares monthly performance, explaining any variances if needed.
Collect rent and pay any expenses in accordance with lease terms, and prepares all required legal notices.
Recommend and coordinate legal action as needed, and reviews and reconciles tenant rent and Common Area Maintenance recovery charges.
Negotiate early termination of leases and provide lease analysis for client's review and approval.
Document settlement of and notify affected parties.
Support all property sales by coordinating due diligence process and partnering with outside brokers.
Develop business relationships through membership and participations in professional, industry/trade and civic organizations.

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and a minimum of four to six years of related experience and/or training.
Real estate license required, and CPM (Certified Property Manager) or RPA professional designation or candidacy preferred.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and friendly service to customers.
Ability to efficiently present information and ability to respond effectively to any issues.
We require advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles.
Ability to calculate mathematical figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions.
Conducts complex financial analysis.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret business documents, ability to tackle problems involving several options in situations, and requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
