Associate Property Manager

Responsibilities: -Input Residential Lease Listings into MLS -Advertise Residential Properties As Needed (Wed/Social Media, Etc) -Screen Tenant Applications - Prepare Property Leases - Do Initial Screening of Property Maintenance Issues and Assign to Vendors as Needed - Manage Utility Turn On/Turn Off as Properties are scheduled for Make-Ready - Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor rental rates and market trends to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Skills: - Texas RE License or Ability to obtain license strongly encouraged / Dues Paid by Company - Experience in Real Estate and/or Property Management - Proficiency in using a Computerized Property Management System - Knowledge of property leasing processes - Familiarity with office software applications for record keeping and reporting.
- Understanding of contract management principles.
