Assistant Community Manager

We are hiring a part-time, entry-level Assistant Community Manager for Harvest Ridge HOA to work alongside our seasoned professionals who manage some of the most beautiful Homeowner and Condominium Association communities in southern Texas.
As an Assistant Community Manager you will support and assist the Property Managers who are responsible for the operational and financial management of the association: * Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community.
* Be familiar with the community's governing documents and be able to communicate related requirements to owners.
* Manage the HOA’s common area and amenity services * Establish, re-evaluate, and manage scope of work for HOA’s vendors * Serve as pool monitor during the pool season.
* Document and track expenses, invoices, receipts, and warranties.
* Coordinate preparation of the annual HOA budget * Respond to association owner requests and needs.
* Administer association-approved policies and rules.
* Prepare reports for the association's Board of Directors.
* Foster a positive and proactive relationship with the association board and owners.
Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.
68 - $20.
