*Job Overview:*
Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as the Director of First Impressions and Receptionist.
As the first point of contact for our company, this position plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our clients, agents, and visitors.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a high volume environment.
*Administrative Duties:*
* Greet and welcome clients, agents, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
* Answer phone calls, emails, and social posts; resolving and directing as needed
* Maintain company meeting rooms schedule and utilization
* Utilize and maintain data in all company software applications as needed
* Maintain company schedule of events and postings
* Support the company Leadership as needed
*Office Duties:*
* Open, close, and ensure reception coverage for the office during business hours
* Maintain security needs and access to the building
* Coordinate building maintenance
* Maintain appearance and supplies for the reception area, meeting and conference rooms, and kitchen area
* Maintain office supplies inventory as needed
* Maintain printer functions, mail distribution, and drop offs
* Process and distribute mail and packages as they arrive to the office
*Experience:*
* Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
* Proficient with Google Suite, Microsoft, Adobe, and Social Media Platforms
* Proficient in the use of office equipment (i.
e.
computers, scanners, copiers, phones, etc.
)
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
* Real Estate experience a plus, but not required
