This project manager will influence Homeva and our mission of "Changing the way we live at Home".
You role will be to create a strategy while owning the roadmap for several internal and customer projects.
This lead position will play a key role in growing our trust with clients and new builders.

Having understanding on the process on how homes are built from studs to finals will help you be successful in this role.
*Key Qualifications*
* 3-5 years experience working in AV or Construction industry
* Lutron experience
* Sonos experience
* Pre-wire of residential homes
* TV mounting Experience
* Experience managing multiple projects and people for projects.
* Ability to lead a team and divide work.
* Ability to foresee future issues and anticipate solutions.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to varied audiences.
* Highly organized, note taker, and loves to documents processes.
* Ability to maintain and develop relationships within clients and builders that have different levels of expertise.
* Strong analytical and organizational skills necessary
* Open and willing to learn.
* Takes accountability for every project.
* Install audio, video, security and control systems
* Basic Network knowledge
* Rack fabrication
* Pull and terminate a variety of cables
* Read drawings/blueprints
* Service and system maintenance
* Other tasks as assigned
