We are seeking an experienced Integration Manager to support and drive the integration of newly acquired companies within WSB.
This role is critical to lead our organization through major transformational events and realize the full value of each transaction, while prioritizing a positive staff experience and leadership retention.
What You Will Do: Serve as project manager for each integration teams and create plan to meet company goals and to ensure smooth integration of all functions.

) Lead the launch of functional integration teams with clear and organized charters.
Identify key stakeholders and ensure communication and transition plans are ready to support company success.
Ability to quickly assess how the acquired company manages its business and how the combined entity will perform.
Build strong working relationships with WSB and acquired leadership teams to inspire teamwork and work toward a shared goal.
Make recommendations to senior leaders, even with incomplete information and know when strategic choices need to be reviewed to break down roadblocks and keep the integration moving forward.
Set the tone of the integration, stay informed of staff sentiment, and engage to shift opinions, as needed.
Identify and capture synergies related to the acquisition.
Develop and maintain integration procedures and standards.
Train and coach new staff on integration processes and tools.
Manage the interdependencies between functions so integration activities to reduce bottlenecks that hold up progress.
Evaluate the risks associated with integration and create mitigation plans.
Capture lessons learned and quickly incorporate them into the next acquisition.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all integration-related questions and issues.
Identify best practices and tools for continuous improvement of integration process.
What You Will Bring: B.
S.
degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
MBA is preferred.
Project management experience.
Extensive integration experience is required.
Exceptional analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Working knowledge of legal issues related to mergers and acquisitions.
Strong stakeholder analysis and communication skills.
Proven experience in cross functional teaming, fast learning, and adaptability.
Strong technical knowledge of digital tools, resources, and ecosystems.
Holds an M&A integration certification (Pritchett or similar) and/or can become certified within three months.
