The Amazon Business (AB) US team is seeking a smart, creative, and self-directed Marketing Manager to deliver engaging and scalable Amazon Business store and merchandising experiences that drive discoverability and adoption of business selection, pricing solutions, and unique features.
In this role, you will lead the marketing development of our customer segments, working cross-functionally to deliver growth through robust GTM plans.
You will also find ways to optimize your marketing efforts through scale and continuous experimentation, working closely with our tech and non-tech partner teams.
The ideal candidate has a track record of success in delivering results at scale, with strong communication skills, and working cross-functionally across multiple teams.
The right candidate also has a high degree of ownership, who likes experimenting and setting high standards, with a roll up your sleeves attitude, being comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure entrepreneurial environment.
Must be able to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing priorities.
This person must have a high degree of autonomy with the ability to develop solutions and drive projects forward with minimal guidance.
