Position Summary: Provides direction and policy implementation in order to maximize office operations, budget adherence, growth and organization for the Agencies’ ongoing functions.
Oversees and assures office(s) are performing at a high level and meeting state requirement and regulation standards and best practices.
Facilitates roll-out of new Bedrock At Home initiatives and policies as it relates to market adjustments and fiscal reports.
Reports to Regional Director of Operations/EVP Home Care Services
Essential Functions:
· Grows and manages a footprint of multiple home care regions and service teams across the state based on market analysis.
· Continually assesses the needs of the agency in regards to personnel needs, financial needs, professional practices, and health planning.
· Accountable for the performance of the agency as well as all employee & client satisfaction.
· Drives consistency and standardizes efforts/workflows within each team and supports similar new initiatives within the home care division.
· Understands and communicates performance goals and objectives of all services delivery models and expectations.
· Provides daily hands-on leadership in setting and executing sales goals and initiatives based on the company’s sales program.
· Oversees the strategic implementation and roll-out of all sales/marketing initiatives and ensures they are aligned with the visions of Bedrock at Home.
· Ensures sales teams are compliant with sales and marketing standards (lead generation & follow up, consults, events, presentations) by working with and leading sales teams to achieve budgetary goals.
· Fosters relationship with Bedrock at Home business units (Assisted Living, Memory Care, Post-Acute) to ensure maximizing of services lines across divisions.
· Ensures project plans and timelines are relevant, manageable and frequently updated.
· Applies lessons learned to avoid repeatable mistakes.
· Identifies potential challenges and educates team on how to overcome obstacles to success.
· Fosters team-based environment and support system.
· Collaborates with other company leaders to review strategies, objectives and obstacles.
· Sets clearly defined goals for team that are both measurable and align to the company vision.
· Troubleshoots complex business and operating challenges.
· Held accountable for the compliance of the office per State & Bedrock at Home regulations as well as the compliance of information in software systems (Excel Force, SmartCare).
· Recruits, trains, evaluates, disciplines, and terminates agency associates in accordance with Bedrock at Home, LLC Human Resources Policies.
· Performs management reviews, resource management, coaching, and development of staff and make recommendations for salary increases, performance evaluations, and corrective action.
· Provides feedback to the Executive Vice President of Home Care Operations regarding the needs of the Agency, personnel needs, financial needs, professional practices, and health planning.
· Assures documentation of services is accurate and timely.
Implements effective budgeting and accounting systems and oversees all Agency fiscal affairs.
· Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of, and ensures compliance with, all local state and federal laws relating to the operations of the Agency.
· Directs programs through delegation of responsibility to administrative and supervisory personnel.
· Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual reports.

· Attends all required training, in-services, and staff meetings
· Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices
· Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward clients, visitors, families, and co-workers
· Adheres to all policies and procedures of Bedrock at Home
· Performs all other duties as assigned
