Job Duties: Supervising employees, assigning duties, and training line cooks Monitoring team performance and ensuring duties are performed efficiently Reporting any issues that arise during the shift to the Sous Chef Managing employee requests Ensuring compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards Coaching team members and training new staff Handling customer issues and employee disputes Perks include: A fun, dynamic, fast-paced work environment Internal growth opportunities Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Toast knowledge is preferred but not required Experience: Previous experience in a management role preferred Must successfully complete state required certification and obtain food handlers credentials Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of standing and walking Must be able to lift 50 pounds Apply today!
