Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Technician to join our team.
As a Lead Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing and performing various restoration and remediation tasks.
This is a hands-on role that requires expertise in water damage restoration, carpet cleaning, mold remediation, fire restoration, and other related areas.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of technicians in performing restoration and remediation tasks
- Assess damage caused by water, fire, mold, or other factors
- Develop and implement restoration plans to clean and restore affected areas
- Utilize power tools and equipment to remove debris, extract water, clean carpets, etc.
- Conduct mold testing and remediation procedures
- Coordinate with clients to ensure their needs are met throughout the restoration process
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Oversee the proper handling of hazardous materials such as asbestos during abatement procedures
- Collaborate with other departments or contractors as needed for specialized tasks
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate records
-May occasionally be asked to do hands on work if team workload requires extra assistance.
Experience:
- Proven experience in the restoration industry, including water damage restoration, carpet cleaning, mold remediation, fire restoration, etc.
- Strong knowledge of different cleaning techniques and equipment used in the industry
- Familiarity with power tools and their safe usage
- Ability to lead a team effectively and delegate tasks accordingly
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members
