The Corporate Strategy and Ventures Office is chartered to support the executive office in driving corporate initiatives, including near and long-term strategy, major cross-group decision making and ensuring cross-company alignment.
To deliver to that mission, the team owns developing insights as well as long range strategic planning/visioning and driving cross company alignment.
The team is committed to ensuring that Intel efforts are aligned to, and actively driving success toward the most impactful business strategies.
Within the Corporate Strategy Ventures Office the Strategy Development and Mobilization Group is seeking an experienced, hands-on business and analytics leader to architect our future market intelligence and analytics efforts.
The Director of Market Analytics will be responsible for: Researching and building models that explain emerging/evolving market dynamics and lead to strategy recommendations Leading the organization's efforts to reinvent market analyses, insights creation, and ongoing sensing Partnering within the organization to build independent views of Intel's market opportunities Oversee complex collaborations between corporate and business unit modeling, planning, and operations functions Communicating that information to executives, stakeholders and decision makers across the company Contributing to the career development of both technical track data scientists/architects and business strategist individuals Fluent in both developing and interpreting business models and systems dynamics as pertain to industry demand and supply Demonstrated problem-solving orientation with ability to leverage both quantitative and qualitative analyses to drive decision making Significant hands-on experience with primary and third party research/data sets, and analytics Up to date with the latest analytical practices and able to serve as a data translator between the data science community and leadership Experience designing and deploying strategy development frameworks to craft competitive strategies and assessments Successful program management skills with evidence of having managed complex systems transformation efforts Demonstrated business impact from engaging with senior/executive leadership to incite action and strategic decisions based on data insights and analyses Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrable success in influencing at the senior executive and C-Suite levels Relevant background experience in the high technology sector Demonstrated results and accountability for broad leadership, building of followership and role modeling of Intel's cultural attributes of: Customer obsessed - seek to understand what matters most to our customers, listening more and talking less One Intel - we before me.

In addition, the ideal candidate will also have the following preferred skills: Management experience, including technical career development.
Experience with geographically diverse teams Exemplary skill in peer influencing, indirect leadership, and cross-group collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple simultaneous high-priority projects (often including project management of cross-functional teams) Demonstrated experience or experimentation with data analytics, machine learning, or applications of AI An understanding of (preferably Intel's) business operations and planning processes Inside this Business Group Corporate Strategy Office is chartered to support the executive office in driving corporate initiatives, including near and long-term strategy, major cross-group decision making and ensuring cross-company alignment.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Washington, California: $162,600.
00-$284,620.
00 *Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience Working Model This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
Position of Trust This role is a Position of Trust.
