Found dog 1/18/24 (Austin)

My neighbor found this young female dog near Oltorf and Lamar.
No chip.
She was taken to the vet and treated for worms, fleas, and a double ear infection.
Her nails were extremely overgrown and her hair matted.
Seems like she’s been lost for a while or kept outside.
Definitely not housebroken and she’s in heat.
Under weight too.
I’m going to foster her until her owner is found.
Must provide proof of ownership and a valid reason for her signs of neglect.
Do not contact me asking to adopt.
