MISSING CAT "Meer" (Windsor Park)

Missing coolest cat in the world.
Not our cat, but our neighbor's.
He is an outside cat, unfortunately, but is extremely social and has found safety and comfort with many neighbors in our hood, all other times he is basking, climbing trees at lightning speed, winning your heart, etc.
His main area is Manor Rd.
/51st, just south of Meuller near the golf course.
Please let me know if you've seen him, everybody is worried.
