I built 4 of these types of planters.

5 in cedar pickets cut to 3 ft length with 3 lg pickets depth.

$52 plus cost of wood materials and the screws I use.
The 2x4 s will b white pine so yes no added chemicals.
Not the treated pine but just regular pine or little more in price of materials as I can use Cedar 2x4's.
