Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Driver and Detailer.
In this role, you will be responsible for transporting inventory from Texas to Michigan, as well as ensuring that all units are meticulously cleaned and detailed to our high standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for ATVs/UTVs, experience in driving and detailing work, and the ability to negotiate prices effectively while on drives to secure units for dealership purchases.

Responsibilities:
* Clean and detail units, both interior and exterior, to maintain pristine condition
* Perform tasks such as pressure washing, window washing, and surface polishing
* Negotiate prices on unit purchases, earning bonus payments for successful negotiations
* Keep company vehicle clean and well-maintained
* Load and unload units safely and efficiently
* Haul units and trailers securely, adhering to all safety regulations
* Strap units down correctly to ensure safe transport
* Conduct test drives and inspections to assess unit quality before purchase
* Complete company paperwork and logs accurately and legibly
Experience:
* Previous experience in company driving and/or detailing work preferred
* Experience with hauling trailers, driving trucks, and securing loads preferred
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate unscheduled drives
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
* Ability to communicate effectively and negotiate prices confidently
