Prepare and assist in food production, including cooking, carving meats, and preparing sauces, soups, and vegetables.
Follow simple recipes using knife skills and cooking equipment such as fryers, grills, and ovens.
Engage customers by cooking in front of them and explaining the process.
Stock grab & go coolers, drinks, soup stations, convenience shelves, and condiments.
Set up and dismantle serving lines and equipment, while also performing routine cleaning tasks and adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Requirements:
Prior experience in food service is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team setting.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Knowledge of food safety procedures and sanitation guidelines.
Must arrive dressed in chef coats or cook’s jackets, with black pants, and be well groomed, wearing black closed-toe non-skid shoes.
