*You will CLEAN 1 -2 HOUSES PER DAY ON YOUR OWN.
*
*YOU WILL RECEIVE 80% PROFIT FROM EACH CLEANING.
The office keeps 20%.

*On average, you earn $80 - $120 for Standard Cleanings and $160 - $240 for Deep Cleanings (varies based on house size).
*
*$3,000 guaranteed per month, but will be higher with 2 houses a day.
*
*3- 8 hours of work / day depending on if you do 1 or 2 houses.

Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and cleaned properly according to the type of cleaning requested by the client
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
-Maintaining trust with both Austin House Manager and each client
-Transport all products and equipment to each job in your personal vehicle
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License and personal vehicle
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
- Customer-oriented and friendly
- Prioritization and time management skills
- Working quickly without compromising quality
- Knowledge of English or Portuguese languages
-Clean background
Skills:
- Customer service: Providing excellent service to customers and addressing their needs.
- Launder: Knowledge of proper laundering techniques for linens and other items.
- Sanitate: Following proper sanitation practices to maintain cleanliness.
- Residential cleaning: Experience in cleaning residential properties is a plus.
- Floor care: Ability to clean and maintain different types of flooring.
- Clean: Proficient in various cleaning techniques and using cleaning equipment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $3,000.
