Job Title: Cook I
Department: Culinary Services
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
SUMMARY
The Cook I position will prepare a menu provided by Director of Culinary Services.
This position is required to adhere to all standards and practices set forth by the Health Department and Infinite Recovery standards of service.
Team Member will maintain a valid Food Manager’s Certificate during the duration of employment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsible for assisting in preparation of meals for clients
Responsible for daily food purchasing
Maintains prepped items for service, salad bar, and executes properly cooked foods at designated times of service
Maintains temp logs, daily sanitation records and cleaning practices set forth by Director of Culinary Services.
Follows all HIPAA guidelines, policies and procedures outlined by Infinite Recovery.

COMPUTER SKILLS
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) as well as web-based email.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk,
hear and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, or keyboard.
• Ability to sit at a desk and computer for an extended period of time.
• Vision, hearing, manual dexterity, and eye-hand coordination must be adequate for
performance of job duties.
