```Job Summary``` We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team.
As a House Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring that residential and commercial spaces are clean, sanitized, and presentable.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and experience in both residential and commercial cleaning.
```Responsibilities``` - Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming - Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas as needed - Empty trash receptacles and replace liners - Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces - Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment - Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor - Adhere to health and safety regulations ```Qualifications``` - Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred - Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and procedures - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong attention to detail - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Skills: - Customer service - Commercial cleaning - Sanitation - Cleaning (residential and commercial) - Custodial duties - Floor care (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming) - Housekeeping management - Carpet cleaning Please note that this job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
