Is Seeking Experts Like YOU We prefer candidates who possess 6+ months of work experience in a spa, or nail services environment, preferably with an emphasis on luxury, warm and friendly customer service.
Additional requirements include: A warm, calm and nurturing demeanor A responsible; wellness-oriented team player, with a strong work ethic An amazing nail technician with a passion for caring for others Provide uncompromised individualized attention to every guest throughout the entire process, with every visit Laser focused on guest wellness Very detail-oriented with flawless nail polishing skills Ability to perform relaxing, firm massage with every service Actively educate guests on home care & promote product lines Ability to create loyalty & maintain high retention Experience with CND a plus Anticipate, identify and ensure guest needs are being met in the best possible way Minimum of 6 months of professional experience as a Licensed Nail Technician Ability to work weekends and some holidays Ability to lift 25 pounds, and stand for extended periods, and bend, squat, twist, etc.
