Position Summary
The Dishwasher position for Landrace Group Inc.
is an individual who is dedicated and dependable.
This position is essential to Luminaire and is responsible for keeping our restaurant efficiently operating during service.
By ensuring that we always have clean, sanitized and stocked supplies for our culinary and service teams.
Dishwashers also maintain our restrooms, front and back of house floors and meets sanitation guidelines.
Essential Functions
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand.
Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas.
Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
Stock supplies such as food, dishes, and utensils in serving stations, cupboards, and refrigerators
Sweep and scrub floors.
Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
Clean garbage cans with water or steam.
Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, by hand or using hand trucks.
Additional Responsibilities
Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently
Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
Assumes other duties as assigned by company management.

Must be able to walk and stand during entire shift
