*Leaps-n-Bounds (LNB) is currently seeking professional, energetic, patient, and dependable individuals to join our passionate team of child care educators.
* Located in the Northwest Hills Community of Austin, we are dedicated to making learning fun and simultaneously giving our families and children the best childcare experience.

*Teachers:*
* Maintain teacher-to-student ratio
* Collaborate to prepare and implement age-appropriate curriculum, instructional design, and the daily schedule
* Interacting affectionately and respectfully with children
* Creating authentic, caring relationships with children and families through communication
* Ensure a healthy learning space through cleaning and sanitation procedures
* Adapt to a continuously changing, fast-paced environment and make the children’s need the primary focus
* Assist the co-teacher in classroom procedures
* Adhere to procedures and regulations of Texas Minimum Standards, Texas Rising Star, and DFPS, and Leaps-n-Bounds
* Attend staff trainings outside of work hours
* Complete necessary classroom report(s)
* Accept any other duties as assigned

*As an LNB Teacher, you must:*
* You must be 18 years of age
* High School Diploma/GED
* Clear FBI Criminal Background Check
* Regular lifting of children, up to 40 lbs
* Excitement to teach young children
