Responsibilities:
As the Executive Steward, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in our kitchen operations.
Collaborating with talented culinary professionals, you will contribute to the success of our hospitality services at the prestigious University of Texas Austin.
Oversee and manage kitchen sanitation and dishwashing operations.
Implement and maintain proper cleaning and hygiene standards.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless operation.
Train and mentor kitchen support staff for excellence.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in stewarding or related roles in a high-volume kitchen environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
