Food Retail Customer Service

We are a fast growing local company that recently picked up a large contract with HEB and also expanding to multiple retail locations.
We are looking for the right people who want to grow with us and our Cookie Brand.
This is a full-time hourly position + tips! *Responsibilities* ● Shipping and fulfillment - handle phone, online orders including holiday and corporate giving as well as DoorDash orders.
● Deliver exceptional guest service – Be a brand ambassador.
● Serve as a product expert by making recommendations as guests are ordering.
● Practice proper credit card and cash handling procedures with a smile.
● Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment behind the counter and in the kitchen area where applicable.
● Assist with all cleaning duties.
● Report to work as scheduled and fulfill requirements for the duration of shift.
● Accept deliveries and packages.
● Box, package, or plate cookies and other bakery goods as needed.
*Requirements* ● A passion for cookies.
● Food Handlers Certificate (or must be willing to obtain) ● Ability to work a varying schedule including some weekends and holidays.
● Ability to communicate verbally while understanding and following written and verbal instructions from management.
● Can work well under pressure while maintaining a consistent pace throughout your shift.
● Ability to be on your feet for hours at a time.
● Can lift at least 50 pounds which can include carrying cookie trays.
● Must be able to move around the front of the bakery while bending down for bags and reaching up for cookie trays.
● Bi-lingual Spanish/English a plus.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $14.
00 - $17.
