This is a full-time, hourly non-exempt position based at our South Austin, TX location, reporting to the Sanitation Dispatcher.

*Key Duties & Responsibilities:*
* Maintain yard cleanliness and organization to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
* Wash and repair portable toilets to uphold sanitation standards.
* Load and offload trucks with equipment and supplies as needed.
* Perform other general labor duties as assigned by supervisors.
* Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to coordinate service schedules and address any issues promptly.
* Efficiently manage time to meet service schedules and deadlines.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
* Weekend availability is required to accommodate business needs.
*Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:*
* Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
* Forklift experience is necessary for this position.
* Strong work ethic with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
* Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients effectively.
*Work Environment & Physical Demands:*
* Work will be conducted in various weather conditions, requiring adaptability to outdoor environments.
* Ability to lift objects of various weights (up to 75 lbs.
) regularly.
* Safely walk and stand for extended periods on a loading dock, which may be slippery and not climate-controlled.
* Flexibility to reach, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, and kneel as necessary to perform job duties.
* Use of cleaning agents and pressure washers is required for certain tasks.
