We are looking for an Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper to join our team and provide administrative support to our back-office staff.
The successful candidate will be responsible for bookkeeping, managing office tasks, such as filing, organizing documents, scheduling appointments for the founder and CEO, and providing general support to other departments.
The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent bookkeeping skills.

Responsibilities:
* Route voicemails and emails to the appropriate department
* Maintain filing systems.
* Organize and schedule meetings and appointments for Founder and CEO
* Prepare and distribute correspondence, and general applications
* Coordinate the calendar of important events
* Provide general administrative and clerical support to the leadership team
* Reconcile Xero and Quickbooks for all restaurant and hotel locations
