The individual will report to the President, who is also the Owner of the company.
The controller will have an opportunity to work closely with the Executive Team.
This position is a “hands on role”.
As Trinity Constructors continues to grow, there may be an opportunity to build an accounting staff.
The current Director of Finance will remain on staff during the transition.
*Duties Include* Managing AR and AP Credit card entry and reconciliation Bank Reconciliations Administrator Payroll Submit Sales Tax Manage the Work In Progress and Budget and Profit Share Reports.
These reports are presented to the company Team each Tuesday morning during the Weekly Team Meeting.
Weekly Cash Flow report.
Monthly Financial package review Prepare Annual reports for the CPA for the tax return and the annual CPA review Special projects as assigned *Experience Needed* 3-5 years as a Senior Accountant, Assistant Controller or Controller Cost Accounting Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
Experience with Balance Sheet and P & L reconciliation and variance analysis Highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong sense of ownership Ability to comprehend big-picture while paying close attention to details Pay Starts $85,000 *Benefits* 401K 401K Match Heath Insurance – paid 100% by the company for the employee Dental Insurance – paid 100% by the company for the employee Company Profit Sharing Christmas Bonus - $1,000 with each full year of service - Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $85,000.
